For urgent concerns related to the ADHD treatment of one of our patients, please contact us between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday to Friday (during our opening hours). Outside these hours, you may contact the NHS 111 service, their GP, or another healthcare professional for guidance if needed.
For urgent concerns unrelated to ADHD treatment or not involving one of our patients, please contact the NHS 111 service, their GP, or another healthcare professional for assistance.
If anyone is experiencing distress or despair, organisations such as The Samaritans offer 24/7 support by calling 116 123. For urgent mental health help, the Shropshire, Telford & Wrekin Access Team can be contacted by calling 0808 196 4501 or emailing access.shropshire@mpft.nhs.uk.
