Please enter the invoice number. This number can be found at the top of the invoice beside where it reads: 'Tax Invoice #'.

Please Note: You don't need to include any leading zero's, for example Invoice 0000001 can be entered as 1.

Please enter the name of the client as spelt on the invoice. This can be found beneath the heading 'Client' in bold.

Please Note: You don't need to get the capitlisation correct, just the spelling.

Please enter an email address that we will send a receipt to or check the box to say that you do not want one.

Please Note: A receipt will only hold very basic information in line with client confidentiality.
