These terms apply to your use of this website, which is operated by Mental Health and Well Being Services Ltd (MHWS), a company registered in England and Wales (company number 07494630) with its registered office at First Floor, Oak House, Shrewsbury Business Park, Shrewsbury, SY2 6LG. MHWS is registered with the Care Quality Commission (provider ID 1-4079013666; location ID 1-9443754108).

2. About the Information on This Website

The content on this website is provided for general information only. It is not medical advice and should not be used to diagnose yourself or to make decisions about treatment.

Using this website does not make you a Service User of MHWS. A Service User relationship begins only once contact has been made, either directly by you or through a referral from your GP or another healthcare professional, and we have accepted that referral or enquiry and arranged an assessment or consultation.

3. Not for Emergencies

This website is not for urgent or emergency care. If you or someone else needs help urgently:

• In an emergency, or if there is an immediate risk to life, call 999 or go to your nearest A&E
• For urgent medical advice, contact NHS 111 or your GP
• If you are experiencing distress or despair, the Samaritans offer 24/7 support on 116 123
• For urgent concerns about treatment you are receiving from MHWS, call us on 01743 297 937 during our opening hours

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use this website lawfully and not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its systems
• Copy, reproduce or reuse content from the website except as allowed in section 6
• Use the website in any way that could damage, disable or impair it, or interfere with anyone else's use of it

5. Paying Invoices Online

Private Service Users, or someone paying on their behalf, can pay MHWS invoices through this website. Payments are processed securely by Stripe, our payment provider. We do not see or store card details.

When an invoice is paid, we keep a record of the Service User's name, the invoice and amount paid, the date and time of payment, the Stripe payment reference, the name of the person who made the payment, and the email address the receipt was sent to. This record is linked to the Service User's record in our Clinical Management System and is retained as described in our Privacy Notice.

If you pay on behalf of someone else, your name and email address will be kept with their payment record.

If you have a question about an invoice or a payment, please contact us using the details in section 12.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images and logos, belongs to MHWS or is used with permission, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use, but may not otherwise copy or reproduce content without our written consent.

This website may link to other websites for your convenience. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or availability of other websites, and a link does not mean we endorse them.

8. Availability and Security

We aim to keep this website available and secure, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted or free from errors. It may occasionally be unavailable, for example during maintenance or because of a technical problem. If you cannot use the website, please contact us by phone.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect the website and your information. However, no online system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
