It is my aim that each individual should have confidence in not only their own abilities,
but also their own uniqueness.
I offer a more holistic view to mental health and wellbeing; coming from a psychology and health and fitness background. I graduated with a First class honours degree in Psychology in 2014, and soon followed with a Masters degree in Sport and Exercise Psychology 2015. My particular interest has always been in the use of exercise as medicine. I would like to use exercise to help relieve symptoms associated with depression, anxiety, eating disorders and many more mental health difficulties.
My keen interest in Psychology has brought me to work alongside Dr Mohamad. We came together during my time as a fitness instructor. Whereupon on my psychology background and exercise referral qualifications made for an intriguing match with Dr Mohamad’s views to holistic treatments. Using these skills I am able to offer assistance with motivation and goal setting to help bring sustained lifestyle changes.
Within my personal training career, I can also help you find techniques to bring more focus and attention to your life. Exercise is also commonly associated with building confidence.
